I just lost a best friend who turned out to hate me, was jealous and used me as her fucking mirror for her own…
No you did not lose a friend, you gained some inner peace. It is your win that a person like that is no longer part of your life. I know that losing a friend hurts even if they did not appreciated us as much, or even if they were not as good as we initially thought, but time will clear your vision and will allow you to see that it is better that she is out of your life.

Now ,being apart from a close friend must make one feel bitter but there are circumstances that can not be avoided, and even if distance can be a hindrance it does not mean it can end your friendship. People can still keep contact even if they are far away from each other. Me and my best friend of 10 years had to be seperated because of our different choices in attending University, we live in different cities but we are still close. Wish you all the best sunshine and be strong <3
