Exactly, the script writing is so bad. In one episode he gets caught because he forgot to keep his phone on silent, while breaking into a warehouse with an illigal forensic lab filled with multiple enemies. And in the next episode, the ML and his friend keep their phone on silent while having breakfast, in a safe house. While the poor girl is trying to call and warn them that the cops are on to them.
I mean.... I don't know about anyone else, this is something I can't take. If this were in some comedy or romance focused drama, I would have let it slide... But in this genre, nope.

I agree with you 100%. The good guys are so dumb. Half of the problems could have been solved if they had just disabled the big bad guy when they caught him. Like at least break his arm or something.
