This broke my heart, but I loved the message at the end. This is an amazing drama. One that I will remember for a long time. The ending is perfect the way it is, even if bittersweet. She survived, she is learning to love herself and waiting to forgive herself to go back to the people she loves, one day.
Baifern has done an amazing job. I loved her acting. I knew she’d be amazing, I started watching this manly because she was the main actress (and the plot was interesting) but she exceeded my expectations.
As much as I don’t like Khai I was almost crying at the confession scene. OffGun are so beautiful together, to resist is useless. The way Third cried and hugged Khai and then he wiped his tears T^T I felt so bad for Bone at the wedding... but everything went well for him anyway. AnTwo were too cute also. I want more of them!! I’m glad this ended though. At one point I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to keep watching. For me unfortunately it wasn’t that interesting. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve watched “The Untamed” at the same time, which has a really intricate plot and it’s a masterpiece, but I found this pretty boring overall.
This story is really not for me, it has a lot of elements that I dislike ahah oh well, after episode 12 I’ll finally decide what I think about this series.
Just finished watching the first episode. I was very excited for this series and it didn’t disappoint!! I’m hooked already. The story seems to be very interesting and intricate, everybody’s connected in some way.
Their relationship is not even toxic when you compare them with the characters in Dark Blue & Moonlight , which…
I really liked Dark Blue and the Moonlight, I feel like it was more realistic than this one. The characters were explored better, and they had reasons to behave like they did, but I find Khai so ”adimensional”(?) but that’s just my opinion and everybody has different tastes.
Most people might disagree with me, but I am so happy that we finally have a series with actually flawed characters…
I like realistic dramas with flawed characters, I get way more invested in those, I also enjoy the non-realistic ones, but I never came to dislike a lead character as much as Khai. I think the audience should still be able to empathize with the character in some way even with all their flaws and mistakes. This time it didn’t happen for me.
Lan Zhan crying while holding an unconscious Wei Ying in his arms after knowing how he gave Jiang Cheng his golden core. What an heartbreaking and beautiful scene, I can’t take it off my mind. And the whole scene in the boat. The power of WangXian <3 Also the scene with the snow, LZ playing the guqin and WY drinking liquor in episode 43(?) was totally a confession scene where they swore to love each other forever and nobody can change my mind XD every time WY says “Lan Zhan” it’s like he’s confessing his love to him, there’s longing in his tone. Beautiful.
I think both the main charachters are not so likeable. .. I was so hyped for 2gether the new gmmtv bl series with…
I don’t know, she just looks like a woman who was cheated on by her husband to be. But yeah, her storyline is very weird, because it seemed that she was interested in Bone at the beginning, but had to distance herself from him because she was his teacher, then they kind of get close again and it looks like something might happen between them, then her future husband is introduced and they make Bone edit their wedding stuff.. I was like wtf what’s the point in all this.
I felt so bad for Bone at the wedding... but everything went well for him anyway.
AnTwo were too cute also. I want more of them!!
