I hope they learned from “The Impossible Heir”… idk why Lee Jae Wook decided to work with this team again.…
the director did some good works too, so I don't worry... I don't see the logic in it, some directors have 8 great dramas and 2 bad ones, so what, I guess it's kinda natural actually
he didn't write the drama if I am not mistaken, not to mention it wasn't even that bad, just a bit of miscast in few actors and yeah, some things could've been a bit better done, but overall the hate was too much and mainly because of the FL, not the actual story, let alone directing...
Some of you forget the story happens over time and they will be in their 20s and 30s for some time in the drama, not to mention there are actresses who look 30-35 at 40, so I don't get the hate for it... it would be diffent, if the story happened only in the present...
the fact that someone states that it's just a friendship and not GL drama, is not homophobic, it's stating facts, if there are hints or one sided feelings, I have absolutely no issue, nor I would have issue if it was GL, but it's not, and while it's okay to ship, it's not okay to falsely accuse the makers of queerbating, or ignoring that one has a boyfriend etc. like I said, if there are romantic feelings between the two women - one sided or not, I have no problem with it, but let's just wait and not complain about it not being GL as if there can't be series about friendship...
the amount of islamophobia in this comment section...
the fact that someone doesn't make this a huge deal as there are countless series and movies about "Lucifer" or whatever is not islamophobia, yes, they shouldn't use the name, but I still don't get how it's different from using Lucifer for example, not to mention people who are not religious don't have to walk on eggshells, when many religious don't don't respect atheists or blindy follow what is written in some book...
