I really like how Ji Hu actor is acting, he is a great actor So far, Ji Hu is stupid, trying to make it with DoDo…
It’s actually more about his character and how indecisive he is. He still hasn’t broken up with Do Do, even though he knows she’s a liar and a bully. At the same time, he keeps hovering around the FL and acting like her caretaker when he has no right to. Since Do Do is also a main character, she’ll probably remain in the story for quite a while. If the ML takes too long to finally break things off with her, I honestly won’t be able to root for him.
I think a lot of the backlash for ml has more to do with Hu Yitian than the character itself. If the same role were played by a more popular & handsome actor people would probably be praising him regardless of whether the performance was actually any better.
He's also getting age-shamed, which feels like a double standard. The actress playing the female lead is also in her late twenties, yet I don't see people making the same complaints about her playing a 15–16-year-old.
So many people are calling ML selfish or arrogant just because he's competitive. In fact that rivalry helped the female lead branch out and make friends.
Meanwhile, her brother was literally asking her to avoid him in school and not ready to acknowledge her as sister yet I barely see anyone criticizing him. Apparently the best friend isn't allowed to have his own goals or personality , he's expected to follow the female lead around like a lost puppy. The double standards are pretty obvious.
I'm so happy for AiMi! 🥰 She looks absolutely adorable as Xie Jiayu. Both AiMi and Minghao look amazing together. I also want to give Minghao credit for taking such good care of AiMi during filming. Their behind-the-scenes interactions are so natural and comfortable. You can tell they had a great working relationship. I can't wait to watch this drama! ❤️

If by partners you mean romantic interests , than I don’t think they will follow the novel which I heard is a harem . Only Sun Zhen Yi will be his partner .
