It all depends on what you like. Enemies to lovers is one of my favorite tropes. I found the episodes ended too quickly, the opposite of you, and I constantly wanted more. Chemistry is off the charts between the two leads, even in the behind the scenes clips, such a great combo of talent.

I find a lot of people who dont like the show also dont like enemies to lovers or time travel or historical, so they blame the show and not their interests. I hate political dramas for example, so I'm not gonna watch one and complain it's boring, I'll just skip it lol.

I think it's realistic in the sense that they each were investing 7 and 8 years each with these men. It's very hard to wrap your head around it when all you want to do is fix it and be happy. You can always re-watch the episodes since you didn't understand. I often had to explain plots to my mom when she was alive, she had a hard time if anything was slightly complicated. Flash back? forget it, she was instantly lost lol.
