I thought it worked in the context of the story. It was mentioned Chen Xiu was accomplished in that type of dance whereas FL was new to it. So she compensated by coming up with a more ‘gimmicky’ choreography. Additionally it was reinforced by the impact of her follow-up speech. Having said that, I really enjoyed both of the FL’s dance performances.

Ah that’s why I felt like I was watching a short drama but with better production values. This drama has no filler eps and is laugh out funny.

The comment section here is very quiet compared to some of the other dramas I’m watching concurrently.

I’m really enjoying this so far, 1-2 eps in I’m already hooked. Cdramas are on a roll lately with Austen-style matrimony focused light rom coms.
