I didn’t let it detract from the impact of the moment, but I agree even just showing the emotional progression of the FL over the performance would have been enough. Anyway interested in hearing any interpretation or background of the creative decision or source material of the scene.

I think you’re right. YMY seems to be the name of the maternal u cle, who helped JL a lot. Whereas JY’s dad framed JL after his daughter’s incident. I can’t seem to find him in the cast section.
