Lol Yes, it was fake, but it served its purpose. They clearly couldnāt let Mal Sun keep her memories and life as a 73-year-oldāit would have made her relationship with Daniel seem completely unrealistic. So, they created a new version of Mal Sun, one with no recollection of her past life, to make the story work
I had the same reaction as othersāI didnāt like the ending at all but from what I understood, it carried a certain meaning. The final episode began in court with the case of Mal Sun turning young and being with Daniel despite being 73. It was clear they didnāt approve of them being together in that way, which explains the ending. While I get what they were trying to convey, it felt messy.
Mal Sun finally got to debut as Emily and said her goodbyes in her own way. Unlike others, who chose to return to their original selves, she decided to stay young. I think the whole āsix months to liveā aspect hinted that sheād lose all memories of the people in her life and new Mal Sun will be born with no memories which explains her ending.
The scene of her working in a restaurant and seeing Daniel suggested a possible rekindling of their relationship, but as a completely new person with no recollection of her old life. Park Jun, meanwhile, went back to his original self, and the real Emily continued living with Mal Sunās family, carrying on their lives.
As for the Alzheimerās plotline, it felt unnecessary and out of place. Instead, they could have focused more on Danielās life with the new Du Ri , giving their story more depth and closure.
If kind-hearted characters like Mu Jiu and Cang San are meeting tragic ends in this show, then it's only fair for the villains to face the same fate. Just my perspective
That is not even the plot of this show I donāt know what you are reading . The cheating happened but its just a back story of the fl to give more depth to her story . IT'S not the main plot . Give it a go
Park Jun is undeniably handsome, kind, and a true gentleman but he is a coward. Heās been by her side this whole time, yet he still canāt muster the courage to confess. How much time does he need? I will happily cheer for Daniel and Du Ri , as for the whole āgranny-young manā debate, I couldnāt care less. The entire show is about second chances and fixing things that went wrong in life. Itās a fantasy, not reality. No elderly person is going to magically turn young, so thereās no need to overthink it. Just enjoy the story for what it is!
Thereās something incredibly captivating about Ding Yuxi. Perhaps itās the way he immerses himself in his roles, bringing a natural charm š¤ I donāt know how to put it . There are very few male actors whose acting really touch me and make me feel something , ding yuxi is one of them . Iāve admired him ever since his performance in Just an Encore. Even back then, he exuded a unique presence that set him apart , Itās impossible not to feel proud seeing how far he has come, and Iām excited to see what heights heāll reach in the futurešš
This is getting better and better š„ can't wait to see next episode Park Shin Hye is killing it as Bit Na š Chemistry btw the leads is also good . I hope we get a happy ending š„ŗ
Queen and Bal gi had chemistry I would have shipped them if Bal Gi wasn't a psychopath . He was just too evil
Honestly at first I thought the same š¤ but when the Queen rejected him I got curious and ended up reading the historical facts š and realized my ship ain't gonna sail
For me that's what it meant 𤷠for others it can be different
