I don't think any reason has been given, at least there's none I've ever heard about. my best guess is that either the admins didn't think about how persistent trolls can be and it would be too complicated to change the rating system now or they just don't care.

the rating is caused by people with nothing better to do than give unaired episodes low ratings because they hate an actor/actress for whatever contrived reason they can come up with. it's honestly ridiculous

well, she got assigned to a different "lower" position but I'm watching on Viki and the last few episodes haven't come out yet, so I'm not sure if that's all that will happen to her

she just keeps trying to get them fired/arrested/in general trouble because she wants the university spot for her boyfriend and the room that the leads were given by the factory.

although, even though she pisses me off to no end, it is kind of nice that she's causing these issues because of the rules of society at this time and NOT because she has feelings for the ML. like just to be clear, she's not interested in him at all. mainly, she just envies/hated the FL because the FL is obviously more talented then her at literature/writing
