It’s a bit of a heavy topic. JSJ is doing a fine job but his character’s personality is also similar to previous ones. Reba is alright. I dunno, not feeling as much emotions from her. 🤷 there’s no openly strong animosity between them but he kinda looks down on her at the beginning. the story is engaging so far.

I think we’ve got a better cast and director here. MU was a waste of time.

Probably the opposite. The title feels like it’s gonna be zero romance but I’m just guessing.

So does anyone else notice the movement sometimes feels like you’re watching the scene at 2x speed? Are they just going for coolness or is there a reason for this choppy frame transition effect?

Wasn’t it used in LBFAD and I’m sure other dramas as well including the demon hunter’s romance.

Gosh.. it’s so unique. Also, probably easier to find steamy dramas from Taiwan than China. However here’s a few that you can try out.

Shards of her -from Taiwan. same female actress but more drama than romance. It’s kinda serious though.
Love in time - this is pretty interesting. Does not have much skinship but has romance.
Will love in spring - good angsty drama with some passion and beautiful actors.

He is threatened by his wife’s family. He married her not out of Love but for power so therefore, doesn’t like NH for that reason. Feels threatened by NH’s maternal family.

Yes! The cliff jumping was hilarious. How many times have ANY lead character ever died after falling off a cliff?? I can only think of one - crouching tiger hidden dragon ending where female actress jumped off the cliff.

And the aftermath left me in tears… then laughter… such a crazy fun drama.

The thing is, very few man could be with her. Only someone like SGH who is so chill would complement her well.

Very glad you decided to stick through the end. Many dramas fizzle towards the end like stale soda but very few end as strong as the beginning. You can tell they all put their heart into it.

Yes - for sure. That’s what’s great about this drama. Imperfect ppl (human) trying to navigate their trauma. Realistic but in a fairytale world.

Glad you enjoyed it!!! Him 99% , her 1% but once she did, there was no turning back. She loved him with all her life (the one thing she worked so hard to preserve she readily gave up in hopes of saving him). Consistent to her stubborn personality.
