2. Iāve known plenty of ppl in irl who are beautiful but have such low self esteem that they think theyāre ugly and not worthy to be loved. At my lowest point, I thought I was ugly b/c of all the judgement of ppl around me when I was growing up. With enough constant negative statements, you can internalize and believe it.
