I almost drop this after eps 8 but I still give it a chance because of the cast and it’s getting better. Hopefully it’s going strong moving forward.

eps 10+ is a bit slow pace, I want a fast pace like earlier eps. Hope it get faster soon

The FL is really fit as female general. First time watching her drama and found out she’s much older than ML, yes, I can feel it through the screen.

Early eps was so brutal.
Zhe Yuan image in Hidden Love so strong for me that I can’t imagine he can be this fierce. His facial is too soft to become brutal prince 😆

I’m about to drop after watching eps 2 but glad I give it a chance until eps 4 and can’t stop it. Reminds me of Till the end of the moon but with 1000x better ending.
I fallen in love again with Deng Wei after Miss Dragon (really, I only watching the drama because of him and Qingqing) and I rewatch again Miss Dragon , skip the main couple and just watching the 2nd cp ship 😆

There are some holes here and there but I mostly brush it off and just enjoy the show.

I really love see Ryan Cheng expression of yearning. Love him since My Journey to You, ship him as 2nd couple more than the main couple and love him in A Familiar Stranger.

Yes, her reason make sense for why she’s wary with WS. In which eps that she’s dream when she’s a child? I didn’t notice that.
But seems the drama not going the same route and I hope drama has it’s own way to show the angst when XQ and WS need to choose between love and family/clan.

First time watching the trailer I’m so invested then I heard about the FL issue and I was devastated and while waiting I read the novel, but it just made me want it more. Thank god it’s finally airing and I love it.

Ah yeah, I just remember in novel it starts with the Xiao Man divination which not happen in drama, or am I missing it?
To me, it’s not really make sense that the starting point of she, always wary, Wei Shao will destroy her clan. I think the drama will take other route for the angst where seems like Xiao Man will try to ‘protect’ her clan behind his back.
