I think this is the best role of Zhou Yiran. He’s amazing in Twelve Letter but I think this one is another level.
He’s cunning, scheming and shameless and I really love how he portrayed MQY.
You need to see him until he shows his real identity.

MQY is not poisoned or doing that integrated thing so he’s not in serious danger. Yes, he’s hurt during the fight with Yun Ke but not makes him almost die. They married, having married life and have baby boy. CZ still carefree and MQY needs to follow her everywhere afraid she’s gone somewhere because of bored life 😂
He must lets that peng birds free because afraid of CZ will run away with that bird before they married 😂

novel ending is better than the drama, IMO. MQY in novel is more cold while in drama more cunning, but I like MQY drama.

CZ saved MQY from the sect, CZ leave MQY and back to serve the punishment. IMO, it's better in the novel than in drama. I understand why CZ left him and 'broke up' with him. Too bad the drama deliver it poorly.

Glad it’s a happy ending, my waiting is paid off.

It’s a pity that they solve how MQY survive so easy but we git 3 kisses in a single eps so I give credit to that 😆
