Ep1 and 2 are already out on Gaga 🧎‍♀️Let’s show them some love and get those views up. I feel like they’re not getting as much hype as they deserve, so let’s help out we’re all part of the jbl community after all. Oh, and almost forgot they did a live today too, so feel free to drop some comments about that as well☺️

OMG, I can’t believe Japan is finally waking up after like, 5 months of straight up ghosting us and during Pride Month?! With TWO premieres?!

I was legit about to lose my mind. But honestly? I swear China shook them awake (in my head, anyway). Like, with all these Chinese BL dropping non stop, Japan really said, “Hold up, we’re still in the game"😅

There are times when I feel sorry for Sei, imagining a house where there is no happiness, only loneliness. Sei is practically unhappy and solitary. When he's talking to Kazuaki, there's no joy; there's always that uncomfortable silence, avoided glances, and gestures of denial. While Hagiwara was with Sei, he tried to fill that silence, especially when they were walking with the umbrellas. I’m not sure if I’m the only one who noticed this, but today, Hagiwara observed Sei a lot, which is usually something Sei does. In that observation, Hagiwara started a conversation, unlike when Sei is with Kazuaki. They are friends, but it feels like they're two strangers. Of course, Kazuaki knows that Sei likes him, but if he’s feeling uncomfortable, he should just talk. Communication is essential and really helps in any type of relationship.
I always feel like I want to hug him or comfort him. It always hurts my heart.

For a first episode, it was pretty solid! It gave a glimpse into what both protagonists are going through, although Sei’s side feels a bit confusing. I still can’t figure out the type of relationship he has with Kazuaki it seems ambiguous. There’s tension in their conversations, and Sei even refers to himself as a “parasite” and wonders, “What exactly am I to him?” Just like Hagiwara, Sei is emotionally disconnected from his home life, stuck in a cold and distant relationship.

From the trailer, it seems like Sei is the one who’s going to suffer the most in the story, so I’m curious to see how that plays out.

Another thing I found interesting is how both of them work in the same company, yet they’re so close without realizing they’ve been waiting for each other’s email replies. I’m hooked and ready for what’s coming next!
