the thing i don't understand about park jaeon on this latest ep is why didn't he just said he does not have a…
i was thinking the same, like why not just tell her?! too scared of being vulnerable or is this a power play where he wants to prove he can get the girl regardless?
it was kinda jarring as i thought in this ep when the cousin was flirting he was conscious of his reputation and was trying to be polite but not flirt back (by his standard) and wasn't trying to make na bi jealous
i like how so often the characters react in a way that shows the heart leads the head and they know it.
na bi knows that getting involved with PJE is gonna ufck her up especially as she was fresh out of a toxic relationship nevertheless,
nam kyu hun knows that if he crosses the friendship line with bit na he's gonna get his feelings hurt nevertheless,
yoon sol knows that staying as besties with ji wan is gonna hurt her because she'll get her hopes up that they both want to be in a romantic relationship nevertheless,
like they are compelled to do it and make themselves vulnerable even though they know full well that it will end in tears. it feels realistic and relatable in a way that i rarely feel when i watch a drama and the characters do some dumb ish that pisses me off!
I was coming here to ask for spoilers because I'm on ep 15 and its going suspiciously well with the main CP!What…
ah thank you for replying anyway!
haha omg I ended up dropping it after ep 22 bc the FL was pissing me off and i knew there was some kinda bs coming up that I didn't have the patience for!
Great article, thank you! My mum and I were just saying this the other day - you know you're a drama fiend when you start recognising houses and places!
2 places spring to mind from recent dramas:
- the plaza in Vincenzo is also where the illegal fighting happens in Move to Heaven
- pretty sure the FL's home in Her Private Life is the same as Rooftop Prince
