Queen Maker is a Netflix Original means it's entirely owned / made by Netflix, So Netflix releases all episodes at once..

CCR and This drama are TV dramas, Netflix only has the ONLINE distribution rights... So they follow TV schedule....

Normally TV dramas air Twice a week...

Yeah TTEOM is not a great drama but watchable ...

As for the popularity it depends on the reception of the people... some people doesn't mind a drama having plot holes or boring...
