I have to agree with you on the ratings especially the TV ratings, most of the new popular actors Tv dramas / var shows are bombed in SK, they all are surviving bcz of the international OTTs and their obsession

Reminds me of TAIWANESE drama, FL goes to a village on her summer vacation falls in love with ML then goes back to home and dwords or about to dword bcz of the illness, she sends her sister to spend there (Or tell her the truth) and sister also falls in love with the ML...

The basic setting is copy pasted from all Online to offline meeting Cdramas, if you want almost similar then you have the EVERYONE LOVE ME drama where FL is younger and ML is older than them having the enemies to lover minus the CEO line
