Almost every Romance Cdrama will have more engagement (comments) than Kdramas but Korean dramas will have twice or thrice watchers(Viewers) than Cdramas,


Kdrama stans mostly engage in comments during the airing of the drama, but Cdramas stans will be active from the time the drama is announced (+ they will have more reuters so they will chit about this and that etc)
