People on VIKI or Iqiyi or worst than MDL, they will rate everything 10/10 so i don't consider their rating real,

Why is the # of watchers on MDL not higher if the heat index is over 30K?
The heat index is based on the China watchers not International, Internationally romance dramas performs well (Especially modern dramas) compared to nonromance costume dramas
