after i read all the comments here, including from you, i try to watch it again from ep 1 until the latest..trying to get more understanding about Hewen and Yueer..im almost certain now that Hewen and Yueer have a different principle about how a relationship should be build..
im not disliking either Hewen or Yueer..they have their own characteristics..its just Hewen is so considerate about how to behave around but thats make him a little too insensitive towards his own affection to Yueer..on the other side, Yueer is a little to insecure and expect the one she hold affection the most to care her more, focus on her only and that is something Hewen cant do (at least not until the latest episode)..
In my opinion, i think Hewen not ready yet for starting a relationship unless the girl is more mature than him..and for Yueer, she need someone who can focus to her wholeheartedly but that one person has to win her heart first..Xilun not there yet..maybe with some effort, Yueer can be melt by him later, who knows..what an interesting season..

Yes that i believe also one of the factor but not entirely..my main point for Hewen is, dont said it if you dont mean it..even Kaiyi done the same thing..remember what she did at episode 1?she immediately approach Bohan to ask him about his indifferent attitude to her..its a dating show..ofc everyone has the same rights to approach anyone but there is also manner..dont give false hope..false hope can be anything but mostly about words and attitudes..

True..it will be very messy..every season of HS, there will be always at least 1 person that make his or her relationship messy just because of their hesitation..either because of they afraid of being hurt or they consider too many hearts or relationship..100percent agree with what Yu Yang said to Yihang..dont reciprocate if you dont mean it coz you will give them false hope..

Im afraid what Yueer did only based on her impulsive since she still feel annoyed by Hewen and then come Xilun approaching her with all the warmth he can give..nothing wrong but we all can see clearly where Yueer heart is belong until now..
There is no affection without bantering..only strong affection can make you feel all kind of emotions..her eyes said everything..lol..

True..men are people too..ofc everyone can get hurt too..but isnt it a normal thing to expect his action after he confidently said that words to Yueer?
If i am in Yueer position, and someone said that obvious thing to me, ofc i will feel happy but also expect some action to prove it..about Xilun always there around Yueer that makes Hewen hesitate to approach her make what Yueer said about him prioritize friendship more than her is true..
But i also believe that scenes we all as audiences saw is not the whole story..its impossible that Hewen dont have chances to approach her beyond the camera and Xilun stay with her 24 hours..
Dont get me wrong, for me, Hewen and Yueer both make mistakes that hinder them to form a good relationship..both has their own believe and until now no one want to take a step back and embrace the others..they still dont know nothing about each other yet..every date they have only talk about their misunderstanding..yueer a bit too demanding while hewen a bit too permissive..

thats why i said that first sentences on my comment about levels..
but at least, Hewen can be responsible with what he said since he already said it so he wont have any regret later on..if after he did all what he can and find out Yueer is not compatible with him, he can wholeheartedly respond other girl who interested with him for example, Xiaoyu..if the situation drag on, there wont be any good outcome and only resentment and regret are what left..
look other men in the house..even the most quiet person like Yiheng and Yihang can bravely approach the girls they are interested in..
Men should be man up.. after doing that and you dont get the response you hope, you can leave with calm heart..

Agree with what you said..but what Yueer said to Hewen is also true..Hewen did say to her that she is the one he want to know more so Yueer also expect him to more actively approach her..but unfortunately he is more like considering the friends in the house more important than her..what he said and what he did not in sync..in this point, i agree with Yueer..but i cant ignore the fact that Yueer also more or less got influenced by her roommate, Kaiyi, situation that happily ever after with Yiheng so actively and all in showering Kaiyi all the affection..any woman also want to be special..
And for Hewen, i can understand him for being confused with Yueer.. Yueer indeed a little too childish with every misunderstanding she had with Hewen..
All of this problems can be solved if only Hewen willing to coax her bravely and prove it that what he said is true about only choose her..
Be responsible with what you said, Hewen..

If your affection for other person have levels depending on how the other person treat you or like you, then its not a relationship's kind of feeling but its just an obsession..this what i felt about Hewen and Yueer situation now..

For me, Xilun is fine..the way he want to express his heart towards Yueer is normal..nothing out of line..well he did invade Hewen and Yueer conversation and its not appropriate but thats understandable..its not like he suddenly drag Yueer and showing angry or anything else..just a little impulsive and after that he control it and realize he is wrong and apologize though..
i really want Xilun also can give Meng2 some chances by trying to get to know her..Meng2 is so amazing..she is not only just like Xilun, she ADORE him..damn..
after today episode, it makes me more certain that Hewen and Yueer has similar character..both need to be acknowledge repeatedly to be content with their heart..i can understand Yueer but also can understand Hewen position..they are not each other lover yet so Hewen use his logic thinking that its not appropriate to put pressure on Yueer but in the same time for Yueer thats abandon behavior..Yueer need to have clear mind to talk again with Hewen more seriously because today's conversation between them is just about Yueer lashing out all of her negative feelings to Hewen and Hewen responses only make Yueer more sad and angry..Hewen is too logical..hahaha..

Yiheng Independent only works for others, not Kaiyi..lol..when the princess come, he is just a clingy little munchkin..lol..

All is fair in dating show as long as no one cross the boundaries by using intimidation or lies..all the problems between Hewen and Yueer wont be a problem if only they took action bravely communicate to each other..Hewen respond Xiaoyu approach is as normal as Yueer respond Xilun approach..nothing wrong..
Hewen and Yueer need 1 on 1 date and use it to say whatever they want to say without restraint anything..only by doing that they will know what to do for their relationship further, either continue or stop..

waaahh..the moon and star analogy created by the trio was phenomenal..hahaha..
i was convince that HS7 already set the standard so high that maybe hard for future seasons to at least having the same quality but i guess this HS9 will beat it through and through..all casts contribute it..not a single minute i feel bored..everyone interesting for me..the way how they show themself, how they react, how they treat others and how they help each other..since ep 1, im expecting to see bohan will be miserable through the season because of his awkwardness hinder him to bravely approach yue er but ep 3 they give him that silly smile and funny moments with new female cast, xing2..tell me, how can this season not to be the best?lol..
yiheng kaiyi will be the most fast pace couple i've ever seen..very fast yet i didnt feel like anything wrong about it..like they meant for each other and magically met each other here..

cant agree more..very entertaining season..maybe will become the most entertaining season of heart signal..2 new female cast already very fun to watch..i wonder what will happen if any new male cast will come and shake the house even more..which story will he or them will shake?lol..

Of all the dating show i've ever watched, perhaps this is the first time i feel so captivated by a contestant and also at the same time respect her so much because of her job..Cui Kai Yi..👍👍👍

Nineteen to Twenty is the only korean dating show i feel so happy to watch..so i guess i'll meet you again in HS9 comments..lol..

Dont be gloomy too long..if im not wrong, HS season 9 will air soon, august 3rd..haha..maybe another stories can cheer you up again..and also this season still not end yet..with DQ personality, she wont back down..she will only do things that makes her happy..

At first, i support YL with LL since YL really all out chasing her even though he realize LL never really make things clear about her response..until i saw how DQ and YL having so much fun together at the island..for me, YL and DQ no doubt will make a great pair..but i also realize in the matter of heart, no one knows better what YL wants than himself..
I dont blame or badmouth any casts but i do confuse with how YL can decide to eventually took the step to start respond DQ feelings but few days later he can decide to entertain LL again..isnt that contradict his own principle?
Its pointless to force YL to end up with DQ if his heart not really yearn for her so i wish all the casts happiness to the fullest..
This season is good although i must admit i feel the most heartbroken in this season..not because of the people but the circumstances..

Until ep 14, i can say 70percent.. since the novel has 800+ chapter so some minor plot being taken out and having changes too and some character not even exist in the drama..

in the novel, fifth prince's love for his late wife is real..he already fall head over heels towards her at first sight so he ask emperor to bestow a marriage for him with her after her betrothal with her childhood lover is cancelled..unfortunately, she never reciprocate his feelings from the start until she died..fyi, in the novel, GQZ died while pregnant 3 months with his son..such a tragic fate..

The drama indeed portray it too fast and lack of solid understanding about why both ninth prince and crown prince fallen head over heels towards her..
But since i've already read the novel, it didnt concern me that much coz i knew the reasons..

maybe think like this..the way we think and behave in this modern day is very different with the way how the people live their life back in that time..the standard cant align between us now and them back in that time..

there is no reincarnation..GQZ died but her memories and sentiment got blended into SXH body, mind and soul..so the one who control SXH body is SXH herself because SXH didnt die..
