Anyone! Please explain me ending of Blood drama....?
How I understand the ending is, if you remember back to what Chief Jung said, Ji Sang's pure blood is so strong that he may even be able to live without a heart. After Ji Sang dies and the cure is cultivated, his powerful blood heals him even without him having a functioning heart. Ri Ta likely left as soon as he died because she couldn't handle it, and he followed after her. Sorry for the late response but I've only just finished the drama.
