In the novel ZY used a forbidden spell and used her half life to save Shi Ying and thus their connected with each other they will have same life span,they will die same day.
after their misunderstanding cleared then there was a fight between the XingZun emperor and Shi Ying but In the end SY & ZY gets their happy ending.
Now here comes with the drama,after watching all spoiler clips it shows SY will die in ep 35 and will be revived in ep 36,(if they follow this part from the novel then their lifespan will be connected here as well )till ep 38 they will show the amnesia trope,the hell of tribulation etc.i think their misunderstanding will be cleared between ep 38-39.

So two things can be possible ,he will be saved again then they will get happy ending or he will die again and as ZY's life connected with him then she will die as well .

there is so many things need to happen after the stabbing scene,but don't know how they will show all things in 5 episodes that's i will not keep any hope from the channel,bcz i am having a bad feeling that they will cut the scenes
