Thats not feasible explanation either. By 16th -18th November there were 12k watchers (13.6k watchers now) already and more than 2.5 k voted by that time. Many hadn't even finished watching. 48% left who plan to watch. New viewers would not have that drastically changed point of view IMHO

For those guessing that the rating went down from 8.8 to 8. 7 due to the bittersweet(sad/happy/open ending). Its most probably not the case. The drama was doing 8.6 right until 16th of November. When it ended it sharply went from 8.6 to 8.8 instead of going sharply down. That's not an indication of unacceptable ending at all.
Also for dramas where ending effects the rating downwards it happens within 1 week already, it never takes 2 whole weeks for people to suddenly wake up wrong side of the bed and start rating it down.

At so many places I found out that some fans didn't even know that there was extra episode. They thought some of the extra ep scenes were part of the MV. When they found out there is an extra episode they were over the moon! 😁💖

It seems to be happening across many trending dramas. I have seen other dramas' ratings going down too for the past week or so. Its war of the antifans and bullies. I am afraid FOF is not free from it.

I totally agree with the fact that sacrifice has more meaning when a person cherishes his life more and has someone and something to live or die for! Rather just killing yourself out of guilt and responsibility.
Second i also agree that yes the fate was set but all of them eventually made a dent in it in a positive way. The cursed fate did not change completely but it definitely changed with the possibility of peoples minds and hearts accepting demons by the end of it and the chance of ZYZ to be alive. Everyones persistence and rebelliousness against the fate eventually brought a glimmer of hope and relief.
