Damn, this turned out longer than I thought it would be 😅

Not necessarily a recording, but even with/without proof, they have many supporters, and even though they go through setbacks, they usually find their way back into the industry in some way or another. Depends on their popularity and fans. I don't want to drop names, but there was one I'd consider pretty big just last year. In the end, some people look over what they've actually done. Whilst they still get hate, part of that hate is what boosts their popularity too...

Another incident was with an Idol, there was a pic going around of them smoking, but because of their fans, no one said anything. Even if they did, it wasn't big enough to ruin their reputation. On the other hand, another less popular idol had some pre-debut pics leaked of them smoking and with a girlfriend; they got a lot of hate, went on hiatus and ultimately left the group. You may or may not know who I'm talking about. Not that I want either of them to get hate. Smoking or dating isn't a big deal, and they can do what they want... this was just a comparison.

The world isn't fair, and everything is swayed by the public opinion in the majority. Sunny in the series is an experienced and well-known actor in the industry; he's been working for 5 years and has gotten a lot of fans. On the other hand, Sun and Sky are rookie actors. No one knows Sun, and only people who watch stage plays would know Sky, the public wouldn't be in their favour. It would be brushed off as a small matter in the public's eye, but it could also cause damage and backlash to both actors and their manager from the company.

Where are you reading it?

If I remember correctly from the webtoon. After Bank took off with Sun's money, he lived in fear. He was afraid Sun would come after him for revenge. He used Sunny as his stage name so that he could be like Sun and not live in fear of him anymore.

As for the restroom scene, Sun's main goal was to bring Sky back, even if he recorded a clip and exposed it, for Sunny, it would be a minor setback, and with his sponsors' help he's be back up anyway. He could always apologise and that would be the end. We've literally seen it first-hand irl. All actors have fans and haters. Sun has something bigger in mind for his revenge. I don't want to spoil anything, but if the series follows the webtoon, it's gonna be huge and will turn Sunny's life around completely.

I need another season. I'm gonna miss Yu Jun so much <3

The next 10 days couldn't go any slower. I can't wait for season 2!

One of the companies may pick up Nine and Lit's novel, but there's not been a specific pattern, as they did with Fourever you where Wabi Sabi created 5 of the 6 novels. Since this universe has been produced under different companies, so we can't really say anyhting just yet

While we could get Nine and Lit's story, it may not be any time soon or with the same characters. Like they changed Ji's brother to Ki instead of Dee(Wandee) in To Be Continued to avoid the crossover.
Even if we got the gang together, we'd still have the issue with Pod, he plays Tonhon and Wandee's first love 😆

But having all the DMD boys reunite at the bar would be so wholesome, but I don't think we'll get anything more than what we got in Chermchey. The other characters may not necessarily know each other despite being in the same universe.

Frr! This might be one of the few series I give a full 10. I'm loving it sm!

Like, what do you mean it's only the first ep and Tee's dropping lines like "Seeing you smile makes it all worth it"
And Dew is killing his role, the details are on point. He's perfect for Mr Kaye!

Cherm Chery is set before Yak meets Wandee, as far as I know. Since To Be Continued involves Wandee's younger brother, at least in the novels, I don't think we'll be seeing any of the characters from To Be Continued.
But it would be great to have a huge reunion. We've already got AuSave, JimmyOhm and MaxNat 😆

I didn't either, but after seeing Oye and Yak is yesterday's ep I went and looked into it. Both novels are by the same author. And the guy Oye is talking to is Ry, short for Cherry, who is Cher in Wandee Goodday. This was before Yak met Wandee, though.

In ep 9 we meet Oye and Yak from Wandee Goodday. They own a boxing gym. Oye also messages a guy nicknames Ry, short for Cherry. In Wandee Goodday, his name is Cher, short for Cherry

Hang on... so not only is ChermChey from the same universe and Ai Long Nhai and Tonhon Chonlatee. But it's also from the same universe as Wandee Goodday!??

The cut version (free), ends next week (10th July)
The uncut version (WeTV vip) ends this week (3rd July), since we got 2 eps at the start
The uncut version (WeTV Fast Track) ended last week (26th June), since we had ep 7 and 8 released together in the middle, and the following eps got moved up respectively.

Need to rewatch season 1 in the next 20 days now!! I can't wait!

The wait is torturous, but the series is soo good! Maybe wait for a few more eps to binge it, because for me this series has consumed my brain to the point where I dream of and create potential scenarios in my head 😭
