This is just like Sounds of Winter. it's not much of a Story but just people having conversations. Like your sitting there with them just listening to them talk.

While SoW was more about attraction, casual relationships, CeE explores Friendship, Success, and Parfaits.

Then when the show gets a potential major story line ... the show ends. Maybe there is another part coming or more episodes but while it was an odd show the acting was good and it keeps you watching (listening).
