Thank you for sharing. This post was succinct and flowed effortlessly and with no grandstanding and no name calling. An opinion was expressed with some valid points but of course there will be those that disagree and that’s fine.

Truth be told Sha Yue’er doesn’t really like either guy, in her mind they’re just not good enough. She will end up choosing Xilun because he will be easier to get rid of post show due to the fact that he will continue his studies overseas. End of story.

That’s the feeling I got also, that Hewen and Sha yu’er were endgame. She actually looked embarrassed when she was talking about XL , as she should be.

Nope I don’t see any holes in my POV and unlike you I didn’t have to resort to name calling either. You just don’t seem to have the capacity for a rational discussion, your essays are combative and argumentative and dare I say it….repetitive and one more time repetitive.
And unlike you I don’t feel the need for a comeback, I actually don’t need your validation in consideration to my opinion.

Although it’s refreshing to read that you do think XL does indeed create interruptions, tactless or otherwise.

I can envision you hunched over your keyboard, furiously tapping away at the keypad in a mad rage. So feel free to vent , better still, take a moment and go for a walk and get some fresh air.
Unfortunately I disagree with every repetitive essay you wrote. Just because my perspective differs from yours doesn’t automatically make you right now does it. And hey it’s okay.

But will say that last paragraph made me laugh out loud. Seriously.
As a side note, are you and moonfolk tag teaming, or are you the same person. Just curious.

Hewen has been direct and proactive with Yue’er. He told her point blank at the group dinner that he was interested in her, as did XL. And at that stage two other guys were also interested in her.

So even knowing that other guys were interested in her Hewen did invite her outside for a one on one chat, to give her clarification about the car ride with Xia. Meanwhile XL is spying on them from inside, bumps into a table in his haste to get outside to interfere in their time together.
Hewen then did what no one else had done at that point by pressing the Stargazing date button to invite her for that special time alone. Hewen told her how he needs security in a relationship, just as she does.

So why do you think he pulled back from her after all that? In ep 4 He even said, in front of the entire group, how down he had been feeling, again why do think he felt that way.

Most people would agree that XL is blocking Hewen every chance he gets, he watches him just as closely as he watches Yue’er. And of course Yue is constantly responding to XL’s attention and we know why as well.
Notice how the group quickly disbanded after HW & Yue removed themselves from the gathering. Then cut to Bohan & XL in their bedroom, where XL was pacing and flustered and BH had to remind him that HW had every right to have some alone time with Yue.
I referenced Xia as being clever, not an evil mastermind. There is no need to exaggerate to try and enhance your argument.

The other men in the house can bravely approach the girl they’re interested in because the girl only has eyes for that person.

The bonus episode of them playing pool was from a while ago and how do you know how much time is actually spent in their b/rooms. As Hewen stated should he just sit outside her room waiting for her, meanwhile she is off being playful with XL in the foam pit, or sitting on the massage chairs or being flirty in the kitchen or out boating with Bohan.
They even tried to have a serious conversation out on the balcony, only to return to find an audience with all eyes on them.
Xia isn’t as innocent as some might think either, she is 6yrs older than Yue and she knows a thing or two, for one she can read HW like a book, what do you think that invitation from Meng was all about?And the way she speaks to him? Telling him everything that she thinks he wants to hear.
So considering the interference from XL and Xai and their miscommunication and the pressure they’re both feeling it will either break them or make them.

No one in the house knows she is crying over Hewen, accept her roomie Kia and We have only seen a total of three texts.
Yue’er is constantly interacting with XL, always playful and flirty whether it’s in the kitchen or laying in the foam pit and she also went on a the canoe with Bohan.
No wonder Hewen has no idea about her true feelings or maybe he does and doesn’t want to engage in her immature games.
I am glad he responded the way he did to her pouty defiance about not giving him the invitation. She did not expect it and her manipulative little meltdown backfired. She will continue in using XL to get the attention she desperately needs.
