It just makes me laugh to see so many of them on a mission to criticize kdrama or even the fact that they can't understand a country's beauty standards. I'm sorry but that's the way it is, it's part of Korean culture to be thin/lean so yes if you're overweight or strong enough, you're going to get remarks from people in the street. Yes, it's completely stupid and distressing, but these are their beauty standards and you have to respect that. It's like pale skin, it's their standard of beauty - if you don't like it, don't look. I can say the same about Western beauty standards, which advocate curves and tans, and if you look thin or pale-skinned, you're directly associated with someone who's "sick", and you're constantly told "Are you all right?
It's like that in every country, unfortunately. Humans are stupid and evil, and it's nothing new.

Generally speaking, weight must be less than height, and here weight is equal to height, which is already not very large, so yes, this can result in a person who isn't obese, but who's rather large and doesn't fit into the Korean ideal of beauty. Of course, with this weight, if you're a woman, you're going to have fat in your buttocks/thighs/belly and probably also in your arms, which will be flabby. Lmaooo on the contrary actors/actresses are not as much surgery as Kpop idols, being a fan of Korean culture it's well known and on top of that "Lee Jun Young" is clearly someone 100% natural. You can see that he hasn't redone his teeth and that they're 100% his own. He's got ordinary people's teeth, although he could have had veneers to improve his smile. It's just natural.

I really love it. A new genre in Korean drama and it's literally too funny. Lee Jun Young is just too good an actor. He's so versatile, less than a week ago I was watching him in "WHC" and now I can't even recognize him. Just too strong has been one of my favorite actors ever since.

Shooting lasted 4 months, which isn't very long for 16 episodes. We're probably looking at a 30min kdrama per episode.

I was going to say 16 episodes too long but I just saw I think it's like "friendly Rivalry" 4 episodes a week.

First of all, this kdrama is easy to watch, especially when you've got free time. I laughed out loud at this 1st episode. I already know that this is a drama that won't be rated more than 8, I'm sure of it, now for me there's no point in a romance even if we know very well that there will be one. The problem with "Lee Jin Young" is that it plays a lot of drama, and sometimes a lot of it is just bad or average. That's the problem with actors who play a lot of drama every year.

Finally a leading role for my queen "ChoiSung Eun".

I'm not repeating any rumor about "Han Ye Ji" I'm just saying that she surely got privileges we know very well how the movie world works and especially in South Korea even directors/writers have already said that they prefer to cast Kpop idols just because they are better known and will bring more success to kdrama. It's been said before. You can't forget privilege. 😃

Yes so fucking, just horrible to see this kind of kdrama. I went through "Brewing Love" because it was for my queen Kim Sejeong. I also did "Potato Lab" I couldn't stand it and stopped at episode 7.
