Jung Jin Young is a real jinx. Every time they audition for kdramas that are going to suck - this was already the case for the horrible “My First First Love” - I got to know the actor thanks to this netflix kdrama again and honestly even then I never found him a good actor and today in 2024-2025, I see him again here in Who is She and not for a single second have I been impressed by him. And it's obvious that he's not a great actor when you look at his discography, there's really no kdrama that stands out from the crowd, I even have the impression that he hardly ever has a role, and if I as an amateur notice that, it's the same for those who work in the business. That's why, right from the start, you shouldn't have expected much here, given the rather mid/bad authors. I think they must have invested everything in Kim Hae Seok.
the kdrama rating is totally deserved - you can't fault it, because honestly it's still something pretty banal, for me even it would sound more like a webdrama than a kdrama. Then I've always had this feeling of having a kdrama from 2022. They probably shot it in the year 2022-2023, but the way it was filmed made it feel that way.
That's it, Who is she? I burst into tears, this last episode literally killed me, I didn't really like the whole kdrama as there were a lot of bad episodes but I thought the end was really good. Jung Ji Soo did an incredible job here playing two roles, frankly I loved her acting. Chae Won bin as an idol was so beautiful, my little darling. Now the ending is sad for me even if I don't see it as a sad ending, it's closer to a happy ending than a sad ending. That was Who Is She!!!
Kim do hoon is everywhere at the moment, especially in the big castings, and will soon be appearing in “Dear X”, due for release in May. I don't get it, though. Love Scout finished shooting in August and Dear X started in September. In just 1 month, the actor can already play in another kdrama?
At the moment things are not going very well in my life, I thank kdrama for cheering me up and especially "Love Scout" life is so hard that sometimes we envy this actors life, we have so much the impression that they are happy to shoot together.. take care of your health everyone it's very important!!!!
I haven't started it yet, but I can already see the “8.8” rating, and I have a feeling it's going to be an incredible kdrama. When I see that there's the incredible Ju Ji Hoon with Choo Young Woo.
But it's really nonsense, I saw a scene where Shin Su Hyeon does an arm lock on a 70kg guy of 1m80 min. Please, I really like school kdramas, but only when they're coherent. Look at the trailer, there's nothing but absurd scenes.
I'm gonna fucking cry, this is the best kdrama ever. Mature romance but it's so amazing. Here you can feel the acting, I'm so fucking sick of young people's romances. I don't want it to end, honestly.
On the other hand, I find it completely stupid that the poster spoil the 5 members of the Study Group. I had another question, but is it common in Korea for the teacher to have the students' numbers? Maybe they do it there, because I find it really weird.
Second episode seen, what can I say? It's not bad, far from it, but I said before the kdrama that I wasn't expecting a scene where Ga Min beats up 5 guys or more, and well, we got it. The problem here with this kdrama, even if it has real similarities with “WHC”, is that at least in “WHC” we don't have scenes as insane as here. What also annoys me is the length of the episodes... “42min” for a 10-episode kdrama that comes out every Thursday is too little, and frankly, it's foreshadowing a season 2 like this. I can see it clearly. I was wondering how he was going to introduce “Shin Su Hyun”, I've got my answer, the school is co-ed and the girl zone doesn't work either. Basically a real mess of a high school. Inazuma eleven with Cha Woo Min, who must be just as good at fighting.
And now I've just watched episode 1 of the kdrama and I was literally afraid of something that happened. That is to say, completely WTF scenes. The scene where Ga Min does one of those moves on the burning bag as if it were Galactik Football. Just absurd. Then I'm literally fed up with the fact that there's always someone who wants to study but has given up because of the other students, and when someone wants to help him, he yells at him. Honestly, 1st episode not so good. I'm moving on to the second, but I don't think Hwang Min Hyun's acting has improved. It's clearly the same as in “My Lovely Liar” I've never found him good, I literally prefer when he sings.
