I'm honestly so nervous about the finale. I'm really scared we won't get our happy ending. There are about two or three things I need to see in the last episode to give this a 10/10. Here's what I want: Lady Kang and Prince Jesan need to die (though I doubt he'll actually kill Lady Kang) I want a final kiss between the King and Han Yeong I want to hear Doyoung’s OST one last time Honestly, if I get at least those things, I’ll still give it a 10—even if she goes back to the future and they're separated.
What an episode, what a penultimate episode we just had. An absolutely insane one! And Lee Chaemin’s performance? It should be shown in every acting school. Just stunning. To pull that off in front of such an experienced cast and to fully own such a complex role is simply brilliant. Episode 11 was magnificent, and tomorrow, it all comes to an end.
I swear that Choi Woo Shik in OBS looks younger than Heo Nam Jun here, and what's more, CWS also played a high school student in OBS. I'm sorry, but HNJ's physical appearance and facial structure would never make you think of a high school student, especially in Korea.
It's crazy how many dramas this year are about illness. It's so crazy, have they run out of ideas or what? Actually, it doesn't bother me because it's my favorite kind of drama, not necessarily when it's a k-trauma, but just because I know we'll get sweet OSTs, beautiful rain scenes, beautiful tears, flashbacks. All the cute stuff 🥰
So this is a drama that isn't pre-produced? I just saw that they're still filming. I think they must be nearing the end, but it's still a kind of live broadcast since there won't even be a month of post-production.
It's crazy, though. Everyone changes their appearance at least a little, but Choi Woo Shik always wears the same outfit and has the same haircut, no matter what drama he's in. I feel like I'm seeing the same person as in “Melo Movie.”
I'm coming back here two weeks after the drama ended to say that I loved this K-drama. Park Ji Hyun outshone Kim Go Eun, I never thought I'd see that happen. 😀
Mantis comes out tomorrow. I can't wait to see Choi Hyunwook in the role of “the youngest.” So tomorrow's schedule for me: - Mantis - Two episodes of “My Youth”
Let's be honest, even without this drama, he would still have had offers for leading roles. I don't know how it works, but they're already giving him a big role like this with someone like Yoona. What we already knew was that he had great potential.
Lady Kang and Prince Jesan need to die (though I doubt he'll actually kill Lady Kang)
I want a final kiss between the King and Han Yeong
I want to hear Doyoung’s OST one last time
Honestly, if I get at least those things, I’ll still give it a 10—even if she goes back to the future and they're separated.
Episode 11 was magnificent, and tomorrow, it all comes to an end.
Lee Chaemin, Yoona, Kang Han Na, and the entire cast, make us dream and give us a magnificent finale 🫶🏻
So tomorrow's schedule for me:
- Mantis
- Two episodes of “My Youth”
Long live Alice in Borderland!
