I’m so glad I caught this mistake! I was on the Viki app and they had both series side by side so I was like- wait a damn minute. No wonder I had no idea what y’all were talking about! I watched the trailer for this just now and I’m looking forward to it. Hopefully, it won’t disappoint.

My bad. I said I couldn’t make it through the first episode. I obviously missed these points. I just had the original Addicted as them in high school so college boys threw me off. Even though it is the same as you said, I still can’t sit through it.

Is we all watching the same thing? I’m reading so many comments saying there are similarities to Addicted but I saw none. Although, I couldn’t make it beyond the first episode.

The acting is cringe & especially the forced “fierce” looks from Su Yu. Y’all know he’s trying too hard. I can’t do bromance anymore unless it’s ridiculous good like Word of Honor or The Untammed.

It’s been completely frustrating to watch such a rigid and narrow minded character week after week without any progress in character development. The way they hold him to such a high standard by having not only Put but Jeng go completely nuts over him defies all logic and sense. He has done NOTHING for Jeng but purchased him a cake. While Jeng has done SO MUCH for him. I wouldn’t mind if they broke up & Jeng peaced
out. Put can have Patty. In fact, take him please.

I am also fed up with Patty & I want this ship to sink. I want Zaddy Jeng in a new series with a mature partner who can act… or at least not act constipated.

Let’s just think of ep 11 as a bad dream. A nightmare of having too many cakes. Or a medically induced coma and we shall wake in 2 years where everything is sunshine wrapped in a rainbow.
