I need for an upcoming videogame themed drama to be virtual reality to make more sense of how the characters in the game can be so expressive and do so much, because while we are supposed to "understand" that it is "a representation" I need more to make it believable...

I haven't seen this comment about the ML, but I have to agree. Maybe it is because I don't like that trope, but I don't find interesting or attractive the cold and rude rich, popular or super smart guy, that by the way is basically a teenager. I understand some cases because it is all for character development or to show that the guy will open up only to the girl he likes, but it is just annoying most times.

I am on episode 3 now, and I agree with everything here. The whole idea of her taking revenge to the extent that she is taking it makes no sense, and even more from someone that admired this guy for years. I also found odd, that being a super famous public figure she wouldn't recognize him. I also believe that the whole "we met in the past" here is completely unnecessary, since they can just develop their connection in the game and extrapolate that to the real world.
