I really like the emperor in this drama. One can see he adores his son, but seriously what is up with Prince Yan's mother? No love whatsoever. I I'm on episode 28)

I noticed this as well. His kids scenes might be very gentle , but when it comes to expressing emotions, his acting is top notch. 👍
There are dramas when the main leads kiss but in general there is no emotion nor chemistry!

I liked the glory more, but everyone has a different taste. Having said this, I like all the main cast in any of those dramas nevertheless the same 😉

I'm having problems connecting to the episodes in the middle of the drama. I guess scenes must have been cut out. There is no smooth transition. Will continue watching though.
