This is a rather bad remake. I can overlook the age difference between the leads, but having a 22 yr old play a 16/17 yr old is stretching it in this series. I know many many series have actors play high school students, but its not working in this series. The jokes and gags are really corny, and cringe. They also try too hard to emphasize and make the series cutesy and modern day relevant. Although the original wasnt any masterpiece, it still outshines this one story-wise and acting-wise.
Its getting REALLY tiresome and annoying that ppl compare every "enemies to lovers" story with Bad Buddy. BB wasnt the first or the original "enemies to lovers" story. It was a good series, the leads did a good job. But folks, it wasnt THAT great to be used as the standard or basis of this trope. Not to mention that ship sunk long ago, ppl should stop comparing every pair to OhmNanon. Its not fair to every other series and every other pairing.
I honestly don't see it that way. I actually really love their dynamic. Sea is more introverted while Keen is…
ok, I get your point of view, but here's my take: I shouldnt assume things based on what we see from clips, pics, tweets etc. But how are you able to make your assumptions? I mean, I assume you got your conclusion from watching clips, pics, and tweets too right? Not trying to argue with you, and not saying you are wrong, but isnt it odd to tell me not to base my assumption from things I see on social media, but you do the same thing but just with a different pov.
ok this is NOT HATE commenting, but just a thing I kinda noticed: I love the 2 boys. Ive been a fan since their first series. But over the years they seem to have become less close. (Yes I know Keen read the book about relationships and that is the reason Im commenting) Keen emphasises alot that they give each other space. But to the point where it seems like he says it to cover up they just arent that close off screen. When you look at all the tweets, posts, bts things, Keen looks so much more natural, happier and comfortable when he is with others. When he is with Sea sometimes it looks like they are less close than they used to be. (Not too sure how to exactly put it into words) Like with others Keen will hug and kiss and play around with them. With Sea its more like he will give a hug or a cheek kiss just for the sake of the fans and the camera. Its not done cause he wants to, but cause its what ppl came to see. But they werent like this before. Its more like "When there are fans and cameras lets give them what they came for. But off screen we are just colleagues" I love them, and with their increase in events and projects, Im happy their career is going strong. But its just something I sorta noticed and was wondering if anyone sees what I see Again; THIS IS NOT HATE COMMENTING.
Ive watched nearly all of TayNew's series. I usually enjoy them. This one wasnt for me. Not sure why, but it felt too over-the-top at times, and just wasnt up to par to their usual series. I had to drop it after ep 4, and just watched the last ep to see how it ends.
Hm... whilst I like Sea, I think he does struggle with his acting and his character portrayals. Based on that,…
I feel the same way about them. And I said the same things at one point (just not in such a nice way lol) But I wouldnt be surprised if in the near future they decide to pursue different things and go their separate ways. I mean, if Keens trajectory and career continues to go upwards it would be the most natural path for him.
i think "weirdo" refers to them having very different personalities and seem to come from different worlds.…
I think the thai definition of nerd is different from the western one. (or it might be a generation thing) most ppl think of a weak, awkward bookworm, who can't do sports and is socially outcasted when you hear the word "nerd". its more a negative description. But in this case, or the current times, its just someone who studies alot and is quiet/introverted. But not someone who is necessarily weak or doesnt do sports
I am sorry but, Sea's character is not really a weirdo or a nerd, he is just a popular guy who likes astrology,…
i think "weirdo" refers to them having very different personalities and seem to come from different worlds. the word doesnt refer to either one of them literally being an actual weirdo
What? Head 2 Head ended just six months ago, and they already have another series about to premiere? Does GMMTV…
Its all about their schedules. If im guessing correctly who your favorites are, they had alot of concerts and other engagements. So their series took longer to film. Also their diretor takes longer time to do his work. secondly this pair is slowly becoming a power pair. They have a steady growth in fans. Especially since Keen debuted with this boyband. They are having more fanmeets and events too. And for the company to give them the friday primetime time slot is a big deal.
Oh, im just going by how their pairing is listed. All pairs have the "tops" name go first. JimmySea, OffGun, PondPhuwin, etc. And their pair is promoted as AlmondProgress. I mean there is not 100% certainty. But like I said Im just going by how they are listed and promoted
I wouldnt really call them enemies. They never actually disliked each other. Only Progress' character didnt quite know how to get along with Almond's character cause he was the new kid at school. And that barely lasted even 1 ep. lol
almost as if keaton made a mistake coz he was the one missing in both ep 11 and 12not a single shot of his😭…
I dont think he was ever gonna have much screen time. His character wasnt that important in the story. It was just the way they promoted the series and the cast that made everyoen think Keaton would become the 6th member and have more screen time.
They also try too hard to emphasize and make the series cutesy and modern day relevant.
