It's just singling him out looks strange and sudden, so it raised a lot of questions. Out of everyone who denied connection to the informant, this was the softest one, whereas everyone else is filing lawsuits against Garo.

The family did not file a lawsuit against KSH prior to this. They only sued LJH. But now they filed a lawsuit against KSH based on the informant's recording. If it's fake, it's not gonna end well. KSH added more lawsuits against them because of this.

In my opinion, all evidence that came before this "assassination" story is real and credible. Because it came directly from Sae Ron's phones, letters, etc. It was all going quite well despite threats and lawsuits. Victory was possible.

Unfortunately, this new development was a catastrophic misstep from Garo. It threatens to torpedo the whole thing.

I actually did think at first that the informant's wife was simply referring to Won Bin's presence at the funeral. The way she described it was fitting for a funeral. But then I was like "Why single him out? Weird. You're not a relative, why do you care about his presence there?" So I assumed it had to be something else.

Is it possible that it's just a misunderstanding? That the wife WAS referring to the funeral and never meant receiving personal help from him? In this scenario, she can still be legit, with a serious case of "misspoke".

I guess I'm in the process of grieving that Sae Ron's case died because Garo fell for a con job...

Just because the newest recording might be fake doesn't mean that earlier evidence is fake too. The new one came from external source. All previous evidence came from Sae Ron's personal belongings, her phones and laptops.

They are way too confident about this. Their previous lawsuits were always kinda vague-ish. But this one is very on point. It's like they're absolutely confident that they finally got them. It looks bleak.

If the informant is a fraud, I can't believe Garo was this stupid to fall for it. It's like he expected GM to try something as outrageous as an assassination attempt, so when someone claimed exactly that, he jumped on it without doing his due diligence.

I hope I'm wrong and it's all real, but I can't imagine why would GM/KSH be this confident about this. They were never like this before.

Oh, this is hilarious. Now KSH cultists claim that Won Bin wanted to be in Knock Off and that's why he's trying to remove KSH. The delusion!

Won Bin is a legend. He's an anomaly in the entertainment world, to be this beloved and in demand despite not acting for nearly two decades. If he were to return, the hype would be out of this world. To claim that Won Bin needs KSH removed to make return is laughable.

The second paragraph is exactly what lifted my spirits a bit. An ordinary person like her wouldn't bring up an actor's name out of nowhere. Especially someone as reclusive as Won Bin. It has to mean something. I really, really hope he helps out behind the scenes.

They have to be very careful with who they mention. Bringing up someone as huge as Won Bin can't be accidental, right?

It sounds too neat... Like, here's a recording where Sae Ron says exactly what everyone wants to hear like a script. And here's an assassination attempt that everyone kinda expected from GM.

It's too convenient. If it's real, it's a goddamn miracle. And that's exactly why it's concerning. How often miracles happen in cases like this?
