I know!!!! The way he made those changes to his house in case she starts sleep walking?!? Sang Yan (The First Frost) would be so proud! Her house cleaning scenes cracked me up, especially when she opened the vacuum cleaner to find not one speck of dust and my heart melted when she opened up the sock drawer. The end was so good, too.

She just needs top writers. It doesn't matter if they're man or woman. But these two have a special relationship and built their careers together.

I do think that in the end they will be together but I also think he's going to undergo some life changing experiences that force him to change and be a better person. And, bottom line, they love each other deeply. She's the one who initially walked away because she basically wanted to live together and he did not.

I am up to episode 20, though, or whatever the most recent express episode is.

OMG, Sweetie, I am decades older than these actors, though I will admit I perhaps still have a young girl's heart, lol.

But seriously, these actors are just six years apart and his character likely seems more mature because he behaves in a far more mature manner. She's flirty and whimsical, and fun loving and adventurous, whereas he's kind of cold (except with most of the villagers, which I love) and extremely serious, though our FL is starting to melt his heart a bit and often gives him reasons to smile.

Also, she's a college graduate with some years of work experience. She calls for her mum at night because she's traumatized by this woman who abandoned her when she was a child and when they faced the crisis with the last batch of serum and is still treating her like absolute crap--plus all of those drugs she takes before going to sleep. It's not just sleep meds in that cocktail.

Thank goodness SML actor is not the ML. There is nothing romantic about him to me. Now, he acts like a child so maybe that's why you think they're closer in age, lol.

What are you even talking about? I do not see an apparent age gap between the FL and ML. They both look like consenting adults who are able to make sensible decisions for themselves about their lives and whether they want to fall in love.

Yes, those were lovely scenes.

People like to complain about BS just to complain. That happens a lot over at Perfect Crown where people are complaining about the FL's fingernails or how bored they are and are dropping the series. Like, who gives a damn?!? Just go!

And yes, everyone is entitled to a view and to express that, but it's just an unnecessary downer when a majority of the commenters are happily enjoying the series.

You are so right about the ML and how caring and thoughtful he is. Do we think he didn't give her his phone number because she might recognize it as the one that was once her evil mum's?

I agree that despite the big differences in their outward personalities, he can see the things they have in common such as their dedication to work and maintaining high standards of quality. And aloneness. It was so sweet when he sat down on the library floor to wait for her to complete her reading. And I loved the scene in the store when he observed her buying all of that crazy stuff. I replayed their conversation a few times, lol.

I'm quite enjoying this series.

I was fully confident that she was going to cancel the show. What I am wondering is whether Eric made any effort to let anyone at HIT know there was a problem. I suspect not and he has other people's phone numbers, while Matthew only has Sweetie's (I'm in love with how the halmeoni calls Ye Jin that like it's her name) phone number and she was away from her phone.

I've never cared for Eric, but he can't even pick out a pretty necklace? Which reminds me, Ye Jin's dress for the essence sale was everything. So elegant!

And that scene in the shop when she was buying all of that stuff? Loved it.

Oh, I absolutely agree they are separate issues and it goes without saying that the affair is wrong. I just really hate the mother and do not understand why she doesn't stand up to her. Maybe she is so desperate for love that she doesn't want to risk losing her?

I need a palate cleanser after this series because my stomach is clenched throughout the episodes. Am desperately awaiting today's episode of Sold Out on You.
