It is definitely bullying. They are not Sui's friends, they are class/school mates. Sui is a loner, even when interacting with them. And they are not "accepting" his homosexuality. Sui is the outsider, the "other". They either use his homosexuality as an excuse for making fun of him or picking on him. Even those who are not doing the bullying are going along with it, constantly degrading him under the pretext of meaning well or kidding. Sadly, Sui has internalized their opinion of him.
Moreover, Sui is the typical victim, because he is not fighting back and tries to avoid conflict... This also makes him the ideal victim for sexual assault (ep. 2), because when he is approached by his class mate, he freezes up and is choking on his words. It's hurtful to watch...
All in all, this makes the series more realistic.

The music is really poorly placed. Sometimes completely missing, and then sometimes smothering the dialogue.

A nice, funny and highly enjoyable show with very good physical comedy/slapstick now gained depth and got more complex.

My spelling comes from the German adjective "verklemmt" which means sexually uptight or inhibited. Perhaps additionally being a little bit nerdy. Which describes both guys also very good. 😁
