Do not miss Xiang Liu, it was EPIC. No one in this world could played that role better. Lost You Forever. His early works are also good, he is the type who doesn't care much about how he looks but just want to deliver. Secrets of the Three Kingdom. If you don't know him, just start with Lost You Forever, it is a very good drama. I don't agree with the opinion that his part was minimal, he literally carried that drama, it was him who made it outstandingly good compared to the average level of Chinese dramas.
So far there was only one drama I couldn't watch with him, Love Me, Love my Voice, absolutely cheesy and boring, I think I dropped after 3 eps. My second non favourite was Filter, that type of humour is not my cup of tea, not many romantic moments, absolutely childish and too modernish plot but I prefer costume dramas anyway. The crime series were also very good with unique cases, Under the Skin 1-2.
