9.5/10 Rating. I got into this drama because I needed something as an escape, and lately, the new K-drama drops have been slow. This one was on my radar for a while, so I was excited to see how this story would take the secret fangirl idea (It's not a trope just yet) and turn it on its head, and I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed how they wove various topics about interpersonal relationships between friends and couples. Including loss and loneliness in various ways. I do wish they'd learn how to include the topic of the importance of mental health self-care in this type of world, but that's not really a con here.Reiterating, I have no cons about this drama except two: 1. The deadfish kissing with our FL. She was SUCH a joy with her chemistry with both our fellas. She just fell flat when we finally got our big kiss because her kisser (I won't spoil) is a spot-on big steppa in that regard. WHEW! I need him to get more romcoms and leads as such; he was great (not just with the kissing).2. This series is 12 episodes...the 'Netflix' format, even with it not being on Nettyflix is really causing issues with our shows, because I did not like the last-minute dump of story plots that occurred. Just...bad there. They could have given us an extra 15 or 16 with what they did there.Outside of that, I truly enjoyed this drama, it was just the right level of sweetness that I needed, and as an OG fangirl from America, I truly wish I could get this with my own crew but...alas...my bias ended up being a weirdo. *sobs*

I loved the ML, his clergy squad, the convenience store squad, and young rookie. That's it. Everyone else annoyed the heck outta me. I struggled HARD to make it through this and latch on to the good bits because I also knew that the real villains would probably go out in weak ways or not at all because real karma doesn't exist in this medium. I'm debating whether to watch the second season. My curiosity might make me, just to finish it out. *le sigh*

This show fell at the same time as my other chokehold show [PMR] and while both had similar plots...BOTH had me in a chokehold!!!We go in with mess, but we go in with an immediate understanding too...LET ALL THE SMOKE BE HAD and I LIVED!!! It gave me what I needed for revenge that actually properly went at the villains with karma and circumstances, no guilt involved. I also got giggles and good music too. What a treat! Aces all around.

This show had me in a chokehold!!!I did wish that harsher punishments were dealt due to everything, however...I enjoyed the pull that this drama had. Aces all around.
