I'll recommend Coroner's Diary because it took me by surprise and is soooooooo awesome! It may not vibe with you but try to check it out some time.

I'm glad someone mentioned this. I am almost done watching and he does indeed suffer from fear of abandonment. He displays many of those traits and that plays a lot on the trust issues. It made me sympathize with him sometimes as someone who dealt with those things. It is understandable though given what Yuan Zhong went through. Trying to hold onto happiness when it was not something he could have before.

I really liked the main couple and the chemistry between the FL and ML was soooo good. I'm really pleased to see LXY with a FL that can match his energy .

He played Chu Gui Hong in A Dream Within A Dream soooo well!!! I was happy to see him in another drama. CGH was annoying as all hells but dammit if the actor played the ish out of it. Craziness and all.

He was my very first 2nd ML Syndrome in Jun Jiu Ling and I'm glad this time he gave me a character to hate instead.

May he get roles he can shine in and show us what he can do! All the best to him!

I didn't understand what is was about ZCX and LFS and why some favored this pairing. Now I know and I sooo agree! I much prefer Xiu's interactions with LFS than Princess Ning, whom I find tiresome. LFS is like a female version of A'Xiu.

I'm sure it won't matter however since it looks like ZCX and ZCN are endgame. Or none at all.

Of course my favorite couple has to be the star-crossed lovers Si Yi Lin and Ka Dan. 😩😣🙄😅🥺🥰

His portrayal of Marquis Ping Jin in Legend of Zang Hai still lives free in my head... It was the first time I ever warched him in anything and now I can't forget him!
Also every time I hear the actor who dubbed him, I cannot help but see the Marquis. Both of their performances have marked me they were that incredible. The best villain of 2025 to me. Hands down.

The Legend of Shen Li is a good one too. There's Luoyang too. The Sleuth of Ming Dynasty. Under The Power. This year's The Prisoner of Beauty and Legend of Zang Hai. The Legend of Zhuohua. Destined. The Rebel Princess. The Imperial Coroner, I cannot wait for season 2. And The Ingenuous One should have a season 2 coming as well. Strange Tales of Tang Dynasty S3 is coming out this year
The Blood of Youth has a second season in the works.

I keep checking Spotify since episode 1 and nothing. I am so mad it's not available yet! The OST for this drama was INCREDIBLE! The fact that they used songs and score from A Journey To Love made it even more amazing! Production team needs to give fhe fans what they want: The full OST haha.

Oh my goodness how I love your insights! I saw your comment about Liu Lang and it echoed my own thoughts and frustrations on the matter so well, I was shooketh! To read this comment and how you worded You Zhen's turn into the cruel and ruthless County Princess she is now, amazing! I agree and mentioned it before as well. Her father betrayed her and married her off, destroyed her chances to marry the man she loved and that changed her. So having to fend off for herself in that marriage and inner chamber drama, when she was protected and doted on before, with the DV as well, it broke her. However she chose to overcome it by replicating the power she knew from her father's methods. However, it doesn't excuse her actions now as she chooses to do them and relishes in the brutality and cruelty.
