I totally agree with you. But this is only the first episode (Introducing Characters). Do not get upset of it😥.I think the next episodes will be better. at the end of the episode; they moved in to the hospital. In my view, the hospital scenes going to be the best. Be optimistic 🤗 and continue watching the series.
