This is why I posted! I can’t figure out why it distracts me here and not in his other roles.

I have no idea whose voice it is. That’s why I didn’t want to upset anyone. I’m not criticizing the actor if it’s his. I have watched TJC in other dramas but it never stood out like this. Maybe it’s how it’s recorded.

Yes, I consider that part of his obsession. And agree that isvery toxic. I guess what I mean is, was he a bad guy outside of that?

Please don’t throw things at me, but the voice for YM does not fit at all. It’s so distracting.

I am with most all of you in the comments. But maybe I am missing something on the ML. Until the SA scene I didn’t see him as all that villainous. Obcessed yes, but I felt like FL so quickly believed the woman who said ML killed the Gu’s but that woman had her own revenge agenda. ML didn’t bother to explain until FL was pregnant so that didn’t help. And she blamed him everything and intentionally provoked him about the Duke, contributing to the toxic mess. So the end is justified. I look forward to a more positive relationship for this acting pair because they are great together.

Watched one episode and I love it so far. I’m a fan of both MLs and was not familiar with FL but half way into the ep I was hooked. More please.

Also, one of the most annoying 3rd wheel character ever. How does she invite herself to the company reward trip when she doesnt even work there? Why it she participating in there activities.

This isn’t terrible but I’m not a fan of indecisive FL who cant tell her ex fiancé to stuff his guilt trip manipulation and clarify to people that they are not getting married. posing for a wedding photo just so his mom can have surgery? Who does that?

I adore this couple and their trust in each other. The plot is a little confusing due to the different lives and roles in the different worlds. On the other hand, it feels more original than the revenge mini shows. The villains are rather generic but the leads stay one step ahead. ML is beautiful and matches well with gorgeous FL. Costumes, wigs, and sets are lovely. FL’s makeup was a little off here and there but not too distracting. All in all, a delightful binge.

ikr? I think a good writer could do better than ML doing a complete 180. It’s such an over done trope.

I noticed the set was from MJTY but idk anything about the production.

The lovers running to each other in the busy market is so cliche but this one (ep 9) made me lol. Absolutely awesome. Also, when I watched a trailer I thought ML was too young and baby faced but I am happy to say, so far it works for this mini.

I think hes good in this but the character is not as edgy as others I have watched. I feel the morally gray character is one he does well. Even though this character is supposedly villainous, we really only see him being a good guy. He doesn’t seem hung up on revenge even though he grew up displaced. Maybe because he thinks he doesn’t have long to live ? I saw a criticism on here that he smiles too much. 🙃 Lordy, he has a fabulous smile and it really matches well with FL. That said, I am not a fan of the side bangs of his wig on this show. From the front they hide his jawline and from the side it hides his lovely profile.

AI subtitles were interesting FL’s name is Your so charming but it took me a while to realize that it wasn’t part of the dialogue. So what I did understand was pretty cute . ML is total eye candy.

I’m so glad the “amnesia” didn’t last long and FL didn’t naively trust CP.
