Just watched Episode 18 of Genius Girlfriend, and yes, finally we are back where we started in Episode 1. I was waiting for this reunion for a long time, and man, it was worth it. Just their eyes filled were tears were sufficient enough to convey their longing. Excellent acting by both and Tian Xi Wei is the soul of this drama. Excited to continue watching next episode.
Sha Yu'er! Whenever she appears on my screen, even I am confused as to what she is confused about. Kaiyi is the precious girl. And that XingXing, Hewen and Bohan interaction was one of the top tier comedy bit. Loved it. Excited for next week's episode.
With only 20 episodes left, I am still not sure how they are going to wrap up the drama in 20 episodes. The drama name should not be "Our Happy Day" but instead "Our Woeful Days"
What an amazing show so far. I just finished episode 9. Great Episode. Had me teary eyed at the end.
You know I was about to drop this show at episode 4, but Thank God, I didn't. I gave this show a chance, and now it is firing on all cylinders. Loving this wholesome youth show. Nostalgic at times and makes me miss my school days as well as friends. It also deals with many issues which a teen goes through like loneliness, affection, wrong friend circle, eagerness to fit in etc. While watching many scenes it feels like I was looking at my teenage self in the mirror.
Lets hope that the show stick the landing and do not falter.
I mean I am not surprised by the Korean netizens as well as Media outlets. First of all what is wrong with "MyDramaList News"? How can you put this as a headline, when his attitude was genuine. You and the immature Korean Netizens are one and the same. Leave that poor guy alone.
Not just her. Ji Chang Wook too. He is never acknowledged by these Awards. He was not nominated at all. I am not sure of this but there are rumours that he denied to participate as an attendee once, so to spite him the organizers never nominate him at all. Don't know how much truth is there, but that doesn't take away his performance. He is one of the most hard working actor from Korea, yet never gets acknowledged by them . But I am glad he has more international fans who always support him.
But to be on topic, in spite of Dear X - the show , which was a mixed bag for me, there is no denying that she gave one of the most superlative performances, an award worthy too. It's a shame. Even if Baeksang didn't recognized both of these actors, I hope other award shows do.
See, they want to hate BWS's acting , hate it. But its been just 2 episodes. So just for the sake of hate, will they go to the length of sabotaging ratings of the episodes which haven't even aired yet? Is this justified?
Only 2 episodes are out , yet I can see the haters have already given low rating to the episodes which haven't aired yet. Why such hate? I didn't find any problem with the drama. Are the Korean netizens having problem with this drama? Or it it some other fandom?
This drama is not shelved or cancelled. As per Byeon Woo-Seok himself, the shooting will start in late April- early May which he confirmed on the latest episode of Pinggyego. So yes, this is the latest news.
I have seen her in a lot of dramas. But I haven't seen her yet in any lead role yet. She is a great actress. She is so beautiful and hot too. I am not sure why she is not getting any lead roles yet. I am recently watching her in latest drama "You are my fateful lover 2026"
I have watched till 9 episodes, and so far I was liking it so much. The average rating was almost more than 9. Imagine my surprise , when I came back on MYDRAMALIST after one week to check the rating and the average rating have been dropped to 8.3!! I had to double check then I realize that maybe the writers might have f***ed up in the last 3 episodes, but I guess Episode 12 is not out yet. So probably I will watch the remaining 3 episodes next week.
I am sensing that this drama might have gone the route of "When your Phone rings", which was the drama which had exceptional start but then the Writers have to F-up the last episode in that to.
I am sensing similar pattern in the dramas with 12 episodes. Maybe the K-drama writers are more accustomed with 16 episodes drama and that's why they falter when it comes to 12 episodes? There must be a case study about this.
I am excited for this drama. I love Miles. I have watched many of his dramas. As for FL I watched her in 12 letters, which is one of the best Chinese Drama, although her role was more of the support one, but I still liked her performance. So yes, I am looking forward to this drama. So far, 4 episodes have dropped and I am just about to start Episode 1.
What a dream cast. I am not from Korea but I would want this movie to release in my country too. If not, then probably will watch it when its available for streaming. Nonetheless, I am too excited for Colony.

Excited for next week's episode.
Loving this season even more
