So very little LGTB theme involved in the c-drama since the untamed. Of all the Asian dramas, this is pretty much the only one still bias on the subject

The novel was quite vague in that moment, but the Radio format made the scene clearer and showed more Tantai Jin soft side in it including the day after the love scene where he smiled gently looking at Susu sleeping: "As I expected I can't control myself. I gave in to my desires." (This dialogue was not in the novel) Before he put his clothes back, he gave her a kiss on her lips.

Xiao Lin was better in the drama. He had a clearer insight than his OG and had a respectful rivalry with TTJ whom was he sees as his brother. His reincarnation on the other hand, is another thing we have to agree in disappointment. Susu I'll admit was weaker in the drama and wanted to see her more kickass moments.

XiWu grandmother was alive in the mortal act in the OG story while the one in the c-drama died. Tantai Jin in the OG was arrogant and full of prideful in the mortal act. He withhold the fact he kept his promise to XiWu for reasons unknown.
