apparently the writer used AI to write the story, which explaines partially why it is sooo bad.(on top of the fact that MFlow loves using AI as much as possible) production also made bad choices with the material they have and according to Boat or Oat (i don't remember) they cut a lot of the scenes they filmed. my trust in this company is going down with each serie..
i feel its becoming clearer and clearer how much AI was part of many aspects of this project (some of the editting, the subtitles, and most importantly the story it is based on, was written with AI and was not changed much in the production itself..) The actors are doing the best they can, but there is absolutely no feel, no pacing and crazy bad dialog in these last few episodes in particular. constantly going back to unimportant scenes instead of creating an actual storyline that makes sense, barely showing the main couple of the show, overexplaining simple details and leaving out chatacter-building details... I could go on.. I hope it might get better towards the end, but no high hopes. I also hope MFlow gets criticised for their production choices and stop using AI as much in their projects.. might be wishful thinking though 🥲
Gun, because of the fixed ship, is doing those horrible kissing scenes with Dew I am such second-hand embarrassment.
I disagree. Gun has chemistry with both Off and Dew. Gun is definitely not limited by a fixed pairing, all of their acting is incredibly good. If you are able to look past fixed ships and fixed pairings you might enjoy the show a lot more. I do think this show has a lot of dept and angst which some people don't enjoy watching and find cringe because they dont understand the artistry behind it. im not saying you are one of those people, but from your comment it does seem like it.
