I thought CSM resembled War a bit, too - similar face shape and mouth.

ep. 7 opens with depictions of animal abuse. Mute & avert your eyes for about 1 minute if you’re sensitive to things like that.

I’m kind of enjoying it… I guess. I may still be a bit lost on who does what (only on ep. 2), but what’s really killing it for me- and this is ridiculous and petty on my part - is the hairlines on the wigs! Huge costume drama budget and you couldn’t pluck the hairlines a bit?

You’re welcome! It is brief but if you’re like me and like animals more than people, it’s upsetting.

Ep. 7 at about 39:50 minutes there is a brief depiction of animal death- if you’re sensitive to that, close your eyes until she says “you killed my babies”. I wish I would have had a warning.

This is easily in my top five dramas for the year- not just BL. I absolutely adore it but I’m afraid we’re being set up for heartbreak.
