I know most of you are here for Zhao Lusi but I am here for Lin Yu Shen. Go check him out in “Heavenly Sword…
So true, he was one of the best yang xiao I have ever watched. But I really like zhao lusi too. So I am here for both.

"To Dear Myself" makes no sense grammatically...should be changed to "My Dear Self" or "Dear Self"
Hahaha I got irritated too when I read the title. It is like Chinese drama production don't have money to to get one single person who speaks grammatically correct English.

I like the director and the production. This drama is very detailed and so I don't mind the close ups at all.…
Actually I agree for most of the time I like the directing too, it is just the close ups. But I guess there are always different opinions.

I agree with you, although the male actor is significantly better than the female in many aspects. I find some…
Agree, I do think the ML is better than the FL, but yeah no need for close ups of one or two eyes at some point of time.....
Sometimes I don't get chinese casting as well.

I agree with you on the closeups. I think the director also did Under the Power, and those close ups were so unnecessary…
True, actually I am not a fan of close ups at all,. I would cringe at every other actor as well. Or maybe they just overdo it. Once in a while might be still OK but the close ups are happening too often

They try to catch his redden eyes and tears and torment the viewers.
I do understand he wants to catch those things, but I think clos upfor the whole face is enough no need to make a close up of only eye. For me, actually it kinda pulls me out of the drama. I get so emotional watching the drama and then they do the close up and I just wanna laugh.

I am only up to ep 12 yet and I really like the plot but the directing is really so so. I kept thinking if there was a better director. Just wanna hear some opinions cuz I get so irritated when the directors starts to do close ups of the eyes. I mean the leads are not really bad actors but they are in no way of acting range that I would like to see their eyes in close up of a 65 inch TV trying to transmit some special emotions to the audience, really no offense, but this kinda make me cringe everytime. I am like can't they change the director or make better post production...

Especially since she looks so pretty in female garb as well. Really like it that they do some make up to look…
To a certain degree I can accept since you are correct it is probably unavoidable in China. But I just hope they leave her at least intelligent...

Title The Heiress
Ngl finally a cross-dresserl that at least looks like a man. Seems interesting, will be watching!
Especially since she looks so pretty in female garb as well. Really like it that they do some make up to look her more manly. Anticipating, hope she stays cool and doesn't transform into Mary sue once they all know she is a girl.

If we talk about duration, actually it's a little bit shorter than the Korean. Korean was 16 eps with 70minutes…
Thumbs up for pointing out correct duration. Most of the people just compare ep count and then complain, I never really got that.

Title Cross Fire
haha having been in China during then, I can say that it's pretty accurate depending on where you live. Back then,…
Lol... OK, then I guess it really depends on where you live. I was only in China in bigger cities I guess it makes a difference if you are just a tourist in Shanghai or really living somewhere in China.

Title Cross Fire
Watched the first episode. It is not bad, not so much into gaming dramas but this one seems interesting. On the side note, was 2008 really that old fashioned, I remember having an iPhone and flat TV screen back in 2008 hahaha....

Which novel is it? I would like to read or better say listen to it if it has an audiobook. Thanks in advance.
