Most of it is a recap (mostly from their kiss scenes), so if you'd cut all the scenes that were taken from the main series, you'd be left with round about 10-15 minutes of new scenes,

Is that bad? Depends what you wanted.

I personally hoped for more screen-time for the side characters, maybe get a backstory from one of them or something, which could potentially be used as a base for a spin-off. Or just generally show more of that "happily ever after" of the couples, as episode 8 was quite fast-paced.

It wasn't bad. I did like seeing the polycule again (they're soo cute and need their own series!!).

Just not really needed for me, as I've binged-watched the whole series in a day, so a recap of the main couple wasn't necessary. And their new scenes weren't new character-wise, so that felt a bit shallow. Could've given the screen-time to the BG characters.
