It was good. I'm a FL "Liker". Her acting was what the director wanted from her. The only thing that cracked me down was the episodes (Think 14 and 15) that turned the ML into a whiny biny wimp. That got realy on my nerves. The rest was good. Ending also good.
I loved it. I found it perfect. The story was well written and directed till the end. IU and BWS did a great job. The chemestry was outstanding. I watched over 250 k-dramas or movies and can not understand, how somone dislike this. I also give a sh**t about the "historical discussion". This is fiction to entertain. Maybe i'm too blinded by IU. I watched everything she did. Her screen and stage presence is fascinating. I could even watch 16 episodes of her sitting on a park bench and do nothing.
I gave it a try because of Shin Min Ah. I love her. The story is interesting. But the ML ist so unlikeble, such a Red Flag. He is going completely on my nerves. How can A Rang fall in love with such a jerk? Makes no sense. It also becomes boring in the middle. I felt asleep on episode 8 and awake on eposode 12 and nothing meaningfull has changed. It was hard for me to watch it till the end.
The first few episodes are genius. After the Jeju episodes it's getting a bit downhill. As I expected before. To many usless sideplots and the most of losing the comedy thingy. The ending is OK. Did anyone notice, how often they are in the hospital? I find it wired.
Ok, I love Jung Ryeo Won as an actress. So I watched this yesterday. I'm shocked! I never ever saw a K- or C- or J-Drama where i didn't like everyone. I mean everyone! (OK, the Horse is an exception). At the beginning, i liked the FL character, but in the end, I hated her to beginn a relationship with the ML, who is a complete red-flaggish scumbag. How can a woman be so stupid? The whole plot is as thin as an piece of paper. 6 episodes would have been enought to tell the main plot. What can I do as an korean screenwriter? I strech it with endless, endless, endless talks mostly between ML SML or ML FL, that add nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing to the character developement of the protagonists. Plottwists, that are complete implausible. Sidestories are introduced and forgotten 2 episodes later. Even the cooking scenes got on my nerves because of the idiotic ML..The attempt, to make a superduper cooking hero of the ML failed to the last second of the drama. I don't care to any relationship from anyone in this drama. Amen. Please be aware, this is my opinion.
I have a big problem with the fact, that a looot of K-Dramas went from funny and interesting to serious and boring. Mostly after the main couple got together. Like this one. Hope, the same will not happen to "My Royal Nemesis", but I have only little hope.
Out of topic, but2026 dramas have been quite unsuccessful for me, except for this one. And since there are only…
I don't know, why so many people are complainig about the quality of 2026 k-dramas. The are so many good one's. My beloved Thief, The Judge returns, Undercover Miss Hong and Phantom Lawyer are really good. I watched 15 dramas from 2026 till now. Only Our Universe and A pratical guide to Love are completely disapointing. The rest is watchable to good. (IMO)
I have to admit, that the whole time watching this, " Bon Apetit Your Majesty" is wandering through my brain. 7.9 is a typical troll MDL result. This is a 10. Love it. And we have proof now that Jeon So Young is wearing a wig in "Wishes could kill"
This was pretty good. Nice plot, good actors/esses. And btw, Park Min Young before plastic surgery. She was so pretty that time ( Like in City Hunter).
I am surprised by how boring this show is. I tried my best to finish the whole show just to confirm that it is…
Totally agree! After Ui Yeong refused Ji Su, the story was boring as hell (felt asleep for 3 times and hat to rewind). And yes, HJM giggles are her hallmark. I love it.
I love it. One of my most rewatched k-dramas. The interactions between Eun Ho, Ji Yun and Byeol are so sweet, funny and heartwarming. Also the second couple is sweet. It's a light heartwarming fluffy romcom with a lot of funny scenes. And to all complainers "One Spring Night" is a lot better: It is also one of my favorites, but it's a slice of life drama and has nothing to do with Love Scout. You can't compare it.
best sageuk drama drama of 2025. Kim sejeong nailed that role. somehow these days I cant even finish new dramas,…
Kim Se Jeong is such a nice person. I love her. She is good in everything she's doing. First of all she stays natural. No plastic surgery, no super skinny. She is a gifted musican and singer. Even IU is covering songs from her. If you want to get blown away watch the "Top or cliff" music video. She is super fit and strong from doing rockclimbing. It's hard to beat her in armwrestling (watch it on YouTube). And if it's not enough, she is super funny. For me the queen of korean entertainment.
This was fantastic. Ok, we had a near similar plot before in "Moon River", but the whole feeling of the story is quiet different. The acting was outstanding. I was entertained.
OK, I watched it. I'm confused, lost, disturbed. But maybe I didn't understand the whole thing. Maybe it's genuis, and I'm to stupid to get the full meaning of this. There are two possibilties. 1.: I'm to stupid to understand this masterpiece. 2.: This is absolute shit. I have a lot of freetime, so I will smoke some pot and rewatch it. Maybe, with this little help, the genuis of the story may unfold to me. I'm curious….
