The other one was a massacre that RSB and Rong team were attacked. But RSB survived. He mentioned later that he was so enamored with RSB since he was 14 and followed her around to protect her. That scene in I think was from his perspective that he’s in awe of her as she didn’t need his help after all. She could slay bad guys and snakes. He and Rong families have been enemies for over 100 years because they’re competitors in the tea business. He was ahead, but Rong overtook them. Wanting to have RSB was He Xin Ming’s own obsession.
